We listen first
Good support starts with understanding what is happening and how it affects your work.
Bluewater IT is a small, experienced South Australian team helping businesses solve problems, make better technology decisions and get dependable support without the big-company runaround.
of local IT support
Bluewater IT has supported South Australian businesses, schools and homes since 2002. Over that time, technology has changed enormously—but the value of responsive, trustworthy service has not.
Being a smaller local company means we can get to know your systems and the way your business operates. When you call, you’re speaking with people who understand the context, not starting from the beginning every time.
Our goal is straightforward: solve the immediate problem, explain things clearly and help you make choices that will continue to work.

I’m Wayne Mildren, and I established Bluewater IT in 2002 after seeing friends who owned businesses struggle to find reliable, straightforward IT support.
They didn’t need complicated systems or a large support company—they needed someone they could trust, who understood their business and would be there when something went wrong.
What began as helping friends with their technology grew into Bluewater IT. That same personal approach still guides the business today: get to know the customer, explain things clearly and provide practical support that genuinely helps.
Talk to Bluewater IT →Good support starts with understanding what is happening and how it affects your work.
You get practical advice in plain language, with the important options and trade-offs made clear.
Solutions are shaped around your actual business—not unnecessary complexity or a one-size-fits-all package.
Support can continue onsite or remotely, with a team that already knows your environment.
From Royal Park, we provide onsite support across metropolitan Adelaide and assist regional clients remotely. That combination gives customers fast help when a remote session will do and hands-on assistance when someone needs to be there.
You don’t need a huge IT provider to get capable support. You need responsive people, sensible advice and someone who takes responsibility for getting the job done.
Tell us about your business and what you need help with.
